Sadness stirs in the loneliest places
It turns around and around and it makes sad faces
Being alone or on my own
There's no one around to hear my cries and moans
Her face is pale blue and her skin is very wet
She's not the happiest person you have ever met
The only way to make her disappear
Is to feel no fear
Sunshine, cuddles and soothing words
Makes sadness fly and glide with the birds.
