Mini Sagas 2007
Competition Winners

Last year’s mini saga competition for Secondary schools ‘Mini S.A.G.A.S.' (attracted in excess of 30,000 entries.) We are delighted to announce the school winners. Selecting the best overall school from the series was a very difficult, but enjoyable task. Congratulations to all the winners and thank you to all everyone who participated!

Mhairi Paterson, English teacher, has told us, “The pupils are very proud of their achievement and the money is being spent on a computer package to help improve writing; it is a programme which has visual clips to inspire writing of all genres”. Richard Fox, Deputy Head has told us, “Our Head of English, Martin Drury, was delighted to receive a runners-up certificate and £250 cheque from Young Writers”. The Prize Money is going to be spent on a reading bench.
