Zoe and Swift
by Jessie Williams

Author: Jessie Williams
RRP: £4.99

The main characters in Zoe and Swift are Zoe, Swift, Asha, Rory, Mr Jarvis, Jack, Emily and Zoe's mum.

When Zoe, a runner who dreams of competing in the Olympic Games breaks her leg she may never be able to run again. However, with the help of City Farm, the local animal care centre and Swift a former race horse, her dreams and future may lead her somewhere else!

I liked Zoe and Swift because it tells you parts of the story through the characters thoughts and feelings. Also it has a range of characters from quite excited ones to more quiet and shy ones.

My favourite character was Asha because; although she is recovering from leukaemia she always sees the bright side of things and is always positive. She can sometimes get very excited about things and loves to chatter!

I can't wait to read the other books in the City Farm series, especially 'Darran and Basher'.
