Nathalia Buttface and the Most Embarrassing Dad in the World
by Nigel Smith
Author: Nigel Smith
I found this book really funny and read it in a single sitting and would read it again! The book is well laid out and is full of situations and disasters.
Nathalia, aged 12, has a crazy dad. He gets up to all types of embarrassing things including dancing in the middle of Ikea with a sink plunger on his head pretending to be a Dalek. I think he is the most embarrassing dad ever as some things he did in this book made me cringe! We all know some dads are embarrassing but Nathalia's dad must be the worse ever!
The plot in this book was really good and what happened at the end was by no means expected. This book was really enjoyable and made me smile on every page. Even though book is aged for 9 years+ a younger confident reader would manage to read it with help. Good and funny!
