The Sound Of Wings

Out from a crystal it emerges,
As bright as the sun with surging beauty,
Its radiance awes us all.

Light as a feather,
Dainty as dust,
Dancing in a rainbow-hue sky,
Wanderlust.

Butterfly, flutterby,
Like an angel's sigh,
Come out on the wing,
Zephyr's plaything.

Momentary pause,
Sweet nectar to seek,
Beg you take care,
Silken flower of the air.
