Trip To The Circus

I'm in my car on the way
To a circus far away.
It's the middle of the day
But I'm scared to say,
‘I don't want to stay!’

I reach the circus, in my seat,
I feel the increasing heat,
Then suddenly I can't feel my feet.

Here comes the clown with an unpleasant frown,
I let out a frightening scream then ran out of town.

The large red nose, the whitened face,
The black lines on their eyes.
They play with balloons and hide themselves
Like danger in disguise.
