As The Grey Clouds Watch Over

As the grey clouds watch over,
And the rain comes down,
The fields stretch far,
With people heads down
As the grey clouds watch over,
As the grey clouds watch over.

The depressing moan of the wind,
And the solemn sway of the trees,
Rows and rows of crumbling stones,
With flowers of roses and daisies,
As the grey clouds watch over,
As the grey clouds watch over.

Desolate souls,
And moments of silence,
Caws of crows,
And tears of sadness,
As the grey clouds watch over,
As the grey clouds watch over.
