If Only It Was Green

I wanted green! I inwardly shrieked as I wrapped myself in the folds of my voluptuous red cloak. Really, what compelled my mother to purchase such a disastrous colour. She knew I had to navigate the woods on a daily basis to help Grandma. Green is far more inconspicuous, camouflaging me against that bloodthirsty wolf. Not only that, green compliments my eyes not to mention my red hair. No consultation, she just handed me the cloak 'in red'! What a disaster, I could've been akin to Robin Hood, stealthily moving through the woods concealed. If only she'd chosen green!
