My Bed Is A Ship

My bed is a ship –

When I'm tucked in, I'll take a trip

I'll leave behind the busy day

And sail far away.

My bed is a ship –

I'll come across some white beaches

Whilst eating some peaches

I'll catch some land in my sight

As whales moan in the night.

My bed is a ship –

Sailing across the Atlantic

A mermaid or two I shall miss

As water strikes the shore

Then I see myself on my bedroom floor.
