This poem should inspire you
To open your eyes and look
At the beautiful landscape around us
Like the pictures in a book.
There are colourful flowers in gardens
Mostly sweet-smelling and bright
In colours red, purple and yellow
In colours orange, blue and white.
We see big, broad trees around us
With trunks dark brown and thick
Trees in vast, green, spacious parks
Or as we speed along so quick.
In our fancy, shiny cars
Thinking that we're movie stars
Ruining the planet's woods
Carrying us and other goods.
But really this is truly bad
It makes me and others sad
So don't cut down our precious trees
Just don't do it, please oh please!
