Use the free downloadable activities to help inspire your child, create a dream jar or a dream catcher! If you have an eager learner, why not use the fun video and the Poetic Techniques Worksheet to help them create their poem.

For those that just want to get writing, simply download the entry form!

Ask your child to write their poem, ensuring their name, age and address name are included.

Only one entry per child.

The poem can be on the entry form or an A4 sheet of paper or typed.

The poem can be posted, or emailed or uploaded at our website (only use one method!)

The poem must be your child's own work!

The competition is open to all children aged 5-11 who live in the UK.

This is a competition for UK independent entrants only.
