It’s decreasing year on year... let’s put a stop to that now!
A Wander In The Woods will take your young writer's imagination on an adventure, whether you can do that outside or set the scene at home.
Your young writer's mini saga (a story told in just 100 words) can be inspired by one of the 8 story starters we've provided to help them focus their writing and give them the confidence to write. Alternatively, they can be inspired by the woodland theme and perhaps write a spooky campfire tale or about nature!
There are 3 entry forms to choose from: a Word doc version so no printing needed! You can then print either of the worksheets - one has a story mountain planning sheet and the other has space to draw or write the plan, so choose the one that best suits your young writer!

(Winners will be chosen from entries received in the Spring Term 2021 and awarded next term. The goody bag contents may differ from the image.)
