A Whoopsy-Splunkers, Phizz-
Whizzing, Whoopsy-

The BFG stretched out his long hand,
Grabbing all he could that lay on the land.
He had bottles that held some clever plans,
And bottles that held some shouting fans.
From house to house, from room to room,
The BFG floated into the gloom.
Collecting characters as he went along,
Humming to himself a gobblefunk song.
He opened the bottles and then it began,
A party for all Roald Dahl's old gang.
Some grubs for the Twits in an old jam jar,
Some chocolate from Charlie but only one bar.
An enormous croc with a child in its mouth,
The witch brought friends from down in the south.
George put some earwigs into the pan,
Stirred in some petrol and fed it to Gran.
James brought along a big, giant peach,
But longingly dreamt he was still on the beach.
Boggis Bunce and Bean came too,
Armed with guns for you know who
Mr Fox stayed at home
To pinch some ducks he does not own
Matilda came with an armful of books
To bring to the party her fine looks
But oh beware who's this at the door
Miss Trunchbull stood with her cane to the floor
The room fell quiet, the music stopped,
And Roald's evilest teacher, in she popped.
