Blog Recipe books - A different side to literature

What's your favourite meal? Maybe you love a pepperoni pizza, is salmon your thing? Or maybe you're a fan of a vegan burger? Wherever your skills lie in the kitchen, write about it!
Recipe books are a really fun way to get writing and try your hand at something new, and you don't need to be a famous TV chef to make one. Maybe you have a bank of old family recipes for a banging bolognese, you might've made some fabulous flapjacks with your gran? Why not write about it?
Writing down these recipes presents a new and exciting way to write and can be a really great way to weave personal stories into top recipes. Recipe books are really interchangeable and quite freeing! As long as you include the ingredients needed for your recipe and the process of how to make an amazing dish, the rest is up to you!
A great example is Jane's Patisserie. Taking the world by storm, this exciting recipe book gives readers recipes that they can customise and make their own, how cute! Find out more about Jane's book here and have a taste for yourself.
Now get out there, channel your inner Jamie Oliver, get cooking, and get writing!
