Author Derek Landy talks all things Skulduggery Pleasant and the new Grimoire

The Skulduggery series is an iconic staple of any bookshelf. Having been around for over a decade the story is finally coming towards an end.

The new instalment, The Skulduggery Pleasant Grimoire, is a book like no other. Being deemed by Derek himself as a "paraquel", the book is a culmination of previous synopses, character details, mini-stories and more!

Now with 14 main books in the series out, the Grimoire aims to please fans by giving them new content whilst refreshing them on the previous stories. Derek also hopes it attracts new readers and allows them to enjoy the Skulduggery series without having to read all 14 instalments.

The very final book in the series is expected in 2022 and is sure to be a climactic end to an iconic part of literary history.
