We are supporting Children In Need this year by donating 25p from each order received between 9th – 18th November, a fundraising pack is available to download and ideas on how to raise awareness and donations are on our website, see details below.

This month we have launched writing competitions for all age groups to take part in which are tailored to complement the national curriculum.


Mini Sagas – New Adventure competition

This month we have opened our Mini Sagas competition, for both 7-11 and 11-18 year olds. Can your pupils write a mini saga in 50 words?. Each child will have the opportunity to be published, and schools have the chance to win £1,000!

Young Writers Supports Children In Need

On the 18th November Children In Need will take place with lots of brilliant fundraising games and events all over the UK. To celebrate this day we are donating 25p from every order we receive between 9th - 18th November. Check out our website for ideas on how you can support Children In Need this year.

Here at Young Writers we welcome customer feedback in an effort to continually improve our service. It has come to our attention that contacting us is not as easy as it could be. With this in mind we are now 'Here to Help' from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.

 Christmas Cracker competition

Our new competition invites children to send in poems about the festive time of year. Poems can be about their favourite part of Christmas or what they would like from Santa or everything to do about Christmas. Enter before 30th December 2011 and have the chance to win a Love2Shop voucher!
