Gryffe High School published students praise!

Ms Lawson, part of the English Department from Gryffe High School, shared her excitement in the school's newsletter about a group of students who attend the school. The students sent their poems to Young Writers' Poetry Matters competition and have been informed that 27 of them have been accepted and published! Students featured in Poetry Matters - Glasgow and Southern Scotland.

Ms Lawson went on to say "Well done to all pupils who managed to get their work published as part of the Poetry Matters competition. The book is filled with great poetry and makes a lovely souvenir for those whose work is included. It's great to know we have so many talented writers at Gryffe High School. It was obvious by the standard of work produced that the pupils enjoyed the challenge. Several of our pupils also feature on the front cover - we obviously have some budding supermodels too!"
