My First Riddle introduces pupils to a fun method of poetry, with selected poems published in special anthologies children will be inspired and encouraged.

My First Riddle has been carefully tailored to complement Key Stage 1 Learning Objectives. It can easily be integrated into lessons using the lesson plan we have designed.

Every pupil who enters will receive a special My First Riddle bookmark and selected poems are published in a regional anthology. As well as being published, pupils receive a certificate of merit as a record of their achievement. Every participating school receives a complimentary
copy of the book their pupils feature in. We award £1,000 to the best school in the series and are also giving away £200 in book tokens to our favourite little poets.
