Last year we worked closely with Amber, who kindly sent us a blog each month about the pros and cons of home schooling. Amber is now moving onto secondary school which is great news but sadly for us she will no longer be sending monthly blogs. We found that Amber's blogs were a hit with our Young Writers audience and our new blogger and book reviewer, Millie Ramm will be a great hit too!
Millie will review a children's book title each month to share her thoughts and feelings. She will be starting secondary school this year and we hope to hear about some of her experiences along the way.

Well, what can I say? I want to be a vet, I think! Or a teacher, or a beautician, or a zoologist, or a . . . you get the point! I enjoy school, and love spending time with my friends . . . I also enjoy reading. Like anyone, I enjoy relaxing as much as I enjoy playing sports and playing out. Of course, I can’t (as much as I’d like to!) play out all day every day. I mean, I have clubs and school and chores (BOO!!!) but I do (as long as I behave . . . ) get to play out most of the time. I’ve always had fun at school, in most subjects anyway. . . I despise Maths, even if I am good at it, but adore English. Anyway, I’m going to be writing about my first year at secondary school and reviewing some books for you, I hope you enjoy it!
