Here at Young Writers we welcome customer feedback in an effort to continually improve our service. It has come to our attention that contacting us is not as easy as it could be. With this in mind we are now 'Here to Help' from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday. The extended opening hours will allow parents to contact us at a time that is convenient for them.

You can call us to...

• Give permission to publish your child's work - providing there aren't any amendments to be made
• Place an order
• Confirm we have received your copyright/permission form
• Check order status
• General enquires
  

You can also contact us by email; we will endeavour to answer all emails received during open hours within 2 hours. Those received whilst the office is closed will be answered as soon as we're open.
