	Congratulations to St Cyrus School, Montrose for being chosen as the best school in our My First Acrostic 2009 competition. They have been awarded £1,000


	Over 2,000 schools took part nationwide and we received almost 60,000 acrostics. We have enjoyed reading every acrostic and it was a difficult, but rewarding task to select the overall winning school. A big thank you to everyone who participated, and to all the teachers that co-ordinated the competition in their school. We hope you had as much fun writing your acrostics as we did reading them.
